This Special Board Meeting is being called for the Board to review and approvel the Fiscal Year 2023/2024 Budget and adopt the associated Resolution.  The budget must be approved by the end of August.  Normally this would be done a the regular board meeting on August 28, however due to three board members not able to attend on the 28th, this Special Board meeting was schedule to have a quroum.
